Dear community,
After twelve amazing years at Palante and fourteen years working under the Palante name, I'll be leaving the cooperative at the end of 2022!
I am happy and proud that as I leave Palante, the coop will live on on as a strong, dedicated team that will continue to provide the highest quality of IT, web, database and organizational digital security services to our clients. I love the combination of new energy, extensive experience, and long-standing, carefully-developed principles and practices that will continue to drive Palante's work. I can't wait to see what the coop does next and I look forward to collaborating with Palante whenever possible.
After a break in January I'll be returning to my life as a independent consultant, focusing on org digisec and general tech assessments, training, curriculum development, implementation and change management. I am so grateful to Palante for giving me so many opportunities to develop these areas of expertise and skill in my time here.
It's been one of the greatest honors of my life to work with all of my fellow workers to create a Palante that not only served incredible clients like you but has also helped each other learn, change and grow in so many ways. I can't imagine a better way to have spent the past twelve years.
